Q: Does the mobile office come with OSHA step(s)/stairs?

A: Yes, American Mobile Office always includes all OSHA steps or stairs, at no charge to you. This is part of our up- front pricing policy. We believe in no nickle & dime charges. Other trailer companies have "hidden" charges that customers are unaware of. We don't!

Q: How does the rent & billing cycle work?

A: American Mobile Office & Container bills on a monthly cycle. Not weekly. Why pay for 13 Months?..

The day the unit is delivered is the the start of the billing cycle, through too the next month, and so on.

Q: Does it cost extra for set-up, blocking & leveling?

A: No, American Mobile Office will never charge extra for step-up and leveling. This is part of our above up- front pricing policy.

Q: Does the unit(s) come with a working bathroom?

A: Yes, we have various size units that feature a half bath. The half bath comes with a water heater, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and mirror. Please call & contact us with any questions.

Q: If I decided I need to use the half bath, how do I go about hooking it up for use?

A: There are a few options that are used when hooking up the bathroom. The most cost effective option is to contact a local sanitation company. The sanitation company will arrive and install a portable holding tank for the toliet and hook- up fresh running water. Please contact us with any questions you may have concerning bathroom installation.

Q: Can I purchase one of your portable office or secure storage units?

A: Yes, all of our storage/ offices units are available for purchase. Please call for more information.

Q: How long may I rent one of these storage or office units?

A: We can offer you any length of contract that works for you. We offer weekly, monthly and long term (12 months or more) contracts rates that will fit your project term.
